Summary

SPOT can be used for tuning a simulated annealing algorithm,SANN. This article explains the basic functions and setup and serves as a starting for further experiments.

The file allInclusive.zip contains all files used in this workshop, so you do not have to download the files separately.

All SPOT options are summarized in the spotGetOptions file.

Note, SPOT has a graphical user interface which can be started via
