trainer bar architecture and components

The following functions are available to you in the trainer bar. The object layout depends on which view mode has been set and can vary. The components listed below therefore represent the trainer's basic functionality.

  1. Control:
These buttons allow the way a lesson unfolds to be individually controlled.

  2. Status:
The Status describes the state of a lesson during playback.

  3. Progress display:
The progress display provides an overview of the topics and displays how the lesson is progressing. Among other information, it displays the title of the chosen lesson and name of the topic currently being presented.

  4. Feedback

  5. Volume:
This function allows you to control or deactivate audio file volume and bubble effects. Clicking on the button opens a selection menu from which the volume can be controlled and the sound deactivated by means of a selection field.

  6. Orientation and appearance:
This function allows the position and appearance of the trainer bar to be manipulated. Clicking on the button opens an appropriate selection menu.

  7. Show course structure:
If the mode was started from the library and opened in the same window, it is then possible to hide the course structure if it is having a distracting effect.
The course structure can be invoked again at any time using the Show course structure button. The lesson then resumes in the learning content view.

  8. Close:
The Close button terminates the mode and the trainer is closed.
